Overview

Med Alert is a medication mangement app that reminds users to take their medication on time. Users can also track their wellness and share their insight with others.

Problem: 66% of Americans are on at least one prescribed medication. Half of them don't take their medication as prescribed (wrong times, wrong amounts, and wrong medication, resulting in 700K hospital visits and 150K preventable deaths yearly.

Goal: Create an app that helps users manage their medication adherence accurately, preventing unnecessary hospitalization and deaths.

My Role: UX/UI designer
